Some very interesting exercises from Gerald O'Donnel on his Site Probable Future Exercise 1: A New Way of BeingThis first exercise is a pleasurable and powerful life-changing tool. The effects of daily stress associated with materialistic obsession (and its by-products: anxiety, isolation, frustration, fear, anger and depression) can be dissolved by this technique. It is at the same time simple and very profound. It increases greatly the vibratory rate of your non-physical Higher Self. Its premise is “smile at the world and the world will smile back at you.” As you go about your daily activities, from the moment you get up in the morning up to the the time that you go back to sleep, constantly imagine that you are smiling inwardly at your outer reality as you go about your daily activities. Imagine that you are smiling from the deeper recesses of your mind, originating from within your heart area, and that you are projecting that happiness and smile outward through your eyes and expression. No matter what the circumstances are. You will find increasingly that your eyes will be smiling and so will your mouth, that will often curl up to a slight smile. At the same time imagine that your heart constantly expresses a great inward smile filled with pure joy of being alive, no matter what. |

3 Phases for perceiving the version of reality you prefer by Bashar 1. See it
Envision it. Visualize it. Imagine it. Daydream it. Visualize it as clear as you can. No need to visualize it for a long time. Short time is sufficient, because the important is the clarity of your vision - a solid clear picture. Visualizing it creates the blueprint, so see it in great detail. Become an efficient Mental Antenna to perceive your preferred version of reality. This is the mental part.
2. Feel it
Get excited and passionate about it! How would you feel if you had it now? Feel that now! Plug into your vision with all your emotions and all your senses, as if you had it now! Involve all your senses - imagine it, smell it, touch it, tast it, etc. Feel it and become an efficient Emotional Antenna to perceive your preferred version of reality. This is the emotional part.
3. Be itAllow it! Perceive it. Do it. To ground the experience do actions that closely mimic the actions you see yourself doing in your vision. In other words: BEHAVE as if! This makes it real for you, so the universe then delivers it to you. NOTE: This physical action does not directly cause this desired reality to manifest. Instead, this physical action creates a more precise vibration in yourself, making you a better antenna to receive it, by you becoming more aligned to the same vibration. The reality you desire already exists. You do not have to create it. You only have to perceive it. ALLOW it. Be it and become an efficient Physical Antenna to perceive your preferred version of reality |

Elias: I present to you a small energy rabbit that is soft and delicate, but also in its swiftness somewhat strong and agile. In the moments that you are expressing expectations of yourself and pushing your energy in association with those expectations of yourself — and expectations may be somewhat challenging to recognize within you, for they have become quite familiar and therefore are automatic — but in moments when you are experiencing within yourself that you must or should, in anything, or in moments in which you are expressing within yourself a disappointment that you are not performing or expressing well enough, and therefore, you are pushing your energy in trying — this is a key term, “trying,” which I will address to also — but in all of those moments, which I dare say you shall find how frequent, I suggest to you that you remember this energy small rabbit that I am presenting to you now. You remember its qualities, and you visualize it momentarily and visualize yourself holding it. The gentleness that you would be expressing to that rabbit in holding it, in that action, you shall present that gentleness to yourself. I may also express to you, I am aware of your expression of “trying” frequently. Trying is not doing, and trying is an automatic discounting of yourself. This is the reason that trying generates frustration and disappointment, for trying is a camouflaged expression of discounting yourself, that you cannot do for you are not adequate enough, or you cannot do for you do not actually possess the ability to do what you want. Therefore, you camouflage the discounting that you cannot do or that you do not incorporate adequate abilities to do by expressing “trying.” Therefore, also note the moments in which you are trying and remember your rabbit. |

You may incorporate a visualization, which I have offered previously, visualizing each one of your energy centers, beginning with the red and moving upward. In the visualization, visualize each energy center spinning, and in that spin, visualize them to be moving harmoniously with each other in the same rotation as each other. Visualize each energy center as a small ball, and allow yourself in your visualization to incorporate a white string or mist that moves through each energy center and connects each one to the next. As you continue to spin each energy center and move this white mist upward through each of them, as you complete that action to the top of your head, allow this mist to penetrate through outwardly, and allow yourself to experience that mist penetrating, moving upward, and thusly falling outwardly over the entirety of your body as a light mist. Elias This alignement allows the energy to flow easier and by this creation of whatever becomes much easier. |
