How To Act

With all the challenges of the actual time it seems to be difficult to find actions which are easy as well as effective. What the “leaders” suggest are mainly actions full of  sacrifices and other disagreable “laws”.  And even more, these “leaders” create the problems which they then want to solve by restrictions on the individuals. So there is only one solution to this mess: To rely on the own abilities, to hear to the expanded self,  to trust oneself, to do it by the own (expanded) means. Chief Joseph gives some impulses for that  and these impulses are in my opinion very bright:

In your environmental challenges - or any other challenges, personal or global — go within, whatever that means to you. Could be prayer, meditation, anything that gets you into a peaceful centered place. Trust your inner guidance to show you what to do.

Sometimes you’ll be told to simply hold your planet in your vision and send it love and light. Other times you’ll be guided to take physical action. Do whatever your higher selves guide you to do - or perhaps you’ll be guided to do nothing for now. There is no one “right” way.

Above all know this: One person, acting alone in alignment with her/his higher self, is far, far more powerful than millions of other acting out of fear, anger, rage, revenge

If you have a world full of powerful individuals acting alone and separately, you will create paradise on earth.

If you have a world full of those acting out of fear, anger, rage, revenge, you will continue to create more of the world you have now.

Waking Up From Propaganda

Waking Up From the Trance
of Social and Scientific Orthodox Propaganda

“What luck for rulers that men do not think”  Adolf Hitler

So, with all the “stuff” out there in terms of what we are being told every day, how do we keep ourselves from becoming duped and “doped”? Can we achieve immunity from the vast epidemic of mindlessness that sweeps each year like clockwork through our society?

What do I know, and how do I know it? From what source am I getting my information? How do I recognize a “snowjob”?

If an idea is presented to you as THE explanation for some event or THE solution to some problem, you must say to yourself, “what other solutions are available?” Try playing with other explanations that will lead to other solutions, such as reversing cause-effect relationships.

SWEEPING GENERALITIES or “ALLNESS” STATEMENTS: When you hear or read statements such as “doctors say” or “experts agree”, the implication is that all doctors say, or all experts agree. Say to yourself, “have you talked to every doctor on the planet or every expert on the planet?” Likewise, when you hear the expression “nobody knows” or “no known cure” or “no evidence for”, talk back to them and say to yourself, “Nobody you know knows”, or “There is no cure you know of”, or “There is no evidence you know about.” Try substituting SOMENESS in place of ALLNESS - “Some doctors agree”, or “Some scientists say”, and you’ll get the true picture.

Not Enough Money

Elias gives here some impulses about generating - not acquiering - money and the reasons why  there is a lack of money. This is a very quick and very effective exercise:

If you are concentrating your attention upon the lack of money, this is what you shall generate.  But if you choose not to concern yourself with generating money or creating money or even acquiring money, it loses its force and that allows you the freedom to express energy differently, which actually does change what you create.

Allowing yourself to relax and trust yourself is tremendously powerful.  I may also express to you, what may be helpful is to incorporate an action of distraction.  In moments in which you notice and you recognize that you are beginning to incorporate tension and worry, distract yourself.  Notice that you are generating that action.  I shall express to you the suggestion that each time you notice you are beginning to generate that type of an expression, allow yourself to turn in one complete circle.

Children and Meditation

The only thing to make man really and authentically cultured is to bring up children in their innocence, and help their bodies to be healthy and their innocence to be meditative. The child can reach his center very easily because he has nothing to obstruct him, no ideas, no thoughts, no prejudices. He is not Catholic, he is not Hindu; he knows nothing. So when you say, “Go in,” he simply goes in. And the road is clean, because no Bibles, no Korans, no Bhagavadgitas are standing like a China Wall preventing him. Children can learn meditation more easily than anybody else.

So my suggestion in response to your question is that every child is born innocent. Neither barbaric nor a very cultured and religious person — just innocent. And all that the child needs from the parents and the society is not knowledge, but a deepening of innocence. Meditation is the only way of deepening innocence, and if a child grows with his center blossoming you will have for the first time a society which is cultured, a society of the buddhas, the awakened ones. That’s my whole effort here.

I AM A Bird Now

I am a bird girl
I’ve got my heart
Here in my hands now
I’ve been searching
For my wings some time
I’m gonna be born

Into soon the sky
‘Cause I’m a bird girl
And the bird girls go to heaven
I’m a bird girl
And the bird girls can fly
Bird girls can fly

Balancing Touch

For the moment, taking your index finger in the right hand, you can utilize it to gently touch various areas in the four different sectors of the body. Firstly to establish a flow of energy and in this you would follow this procedure: taking your right index finger, you would gently touch just above or on your pubic bone, or pelvic bone if you prefer and then, you would, using the same fingertip, touch in the area at the very bottom of the sternum. This is the Water center. You can move up to the air center by touching the area right below the throat where the breastplate begins, right below the two small protrusions of the breastbone or collarbone if you wish. There is a sensitive area right in this spot.

Next you would touch the right cheekbone below the eye, from there you would touch just above and between the two eyes where the nose bone meets the two eyebrows. There is a slight sensitive spot there it has nothing to do with what you call your third eye. Get your fingers out of your eye!  And hopefully not in your nose! And from there approximately the very top center of your head, another sensitive area….and from there on the right side, the back of the head where the neck tendon goes into the base of the skull, you have a small bony protrusion. Gently touch that area and then the bony protrusion behind your right ear. And rest your lovely right hand and finger.

Spiritual Sensation

Ask yourself this simple question:

What would it be like if it were true that I am now the person I want to be?

Then reach for its feeling, its spiritual sensation. What is that? I’ll show you in a very simple way. Feel a piece of glass, now feel a baseball. Does the baseball feel like glass? Can you feel a tennis ball? Does it feel like a baseball or a piece of glass? Can you feel a piece of cloth, a violet, a piano? Do they all feel alike? Of course not. That’s spiritual sensation - a vivid way of seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and feeling reality.

Neville Goddard is one of the great mystics of the 20th Century. All his lectures are one of the most intelligent things one can read. He speaks about imagination, what is prayer and makes a lot of enlightening Bible interpretations. Imagination is his favourite tool for reality creation.

No Conflict Exercise

My offering to you this day , is to allow yourself, very simply, to be playing the game of no conflict with yourself, and to be allowing yourself to turn your attention from all of these other individuals and to concern yourself with what YOU want, recognizing that you hold no responsibility with respect to other individuals.

Now; the most easily accessed method, so to speak, or exercise in addressing to conflict is to be allowing yourself to play the no-conflict game. This is an exercise that I have offered previously which offers you the ability to be accepting of self, to be not judgmental of other individuals or situations or circumstances, but also offering yourself a manner in which you may view conflicts and confusions and eliminate them. You are not eliminating the belief systems that influence these conflicts, but you ARE eliminating the conflict itself

It requires none of your psychology. It merely requires your attention in noticing your own conflict, which you may be accomplishing quite efficiently objectively. You hold an awareness of your conflict! You hold an identification of your conflict as you engage conflict within each experience. This is not a mystery to you!

The Aloha Spirit

Aloha Spirit

The Aloha Spirit is a well known reference to the attitude of friendly acceptance for which the Hawaiian Islands are so famous. However, it also refers to a powerful way to resolve any problem, accomplish any goal, and to achieve any state of mind or body that you desire.

In the Hawaiian language, aloha stands for much more than just “hello” or “goodbye” or “love.” Its deeper meaning is “the joyful (oha) sharing (alo) of life energy (ha) in the present (alo).”

As you share this energy you become attuned to the Universal Power that the Hawaiians call mana. And the loving use of this incredible Power is the secret for attaining true health, happiness, prosperity and success.

Compassion

Compassion is not hard to come by when the heart is not filled with the cunning things of the mind. It is the mind with its demands and fears, its attachments and denials, its determinations and urges, that destroys love. And how difficult it is to be simple about all this! You don’t need philosophies and doctrines to be gentle and kind. The efficient and the powerful of the land will organize to feed and clothe the people, to provide them with shelter and medical care. This is inevitable with the rapid increase of production; it is the function of well-organized government and a balanced society. But organization does not give the generosity of the heart and hand. Generosity comes from quite a different source, a source beyond all measure. Ambition and envy destroy it as surely as fire burns. This source must be touched, but one must come to it empty-handed, without prayer, without sacrifice. Books cannot teach, nor can any guru lead to, this source. It cannot be reached through the cultivation of virtue, though virtue is necessary, nor through capacity and obedience. When the mind is serene, without any movement, it is there. Serenity is without motive, without the urge for the more.
